We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and project requirements.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of assessment. If project conditions differ from what was initially communicated, we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. You are responsible for providing accurate property information and disclosing any known site conditions that may affect the project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your project. If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where work was performed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances on our part will be rescheduled at no additional cost to you.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with warranties on workmanship as specified in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or acts of nature. Normal wear and tear, settling, or color variations in concrete are not covered under warranty.

To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow all care and maintenance instructions provided. Any modifications or repairs made by third parties may void your warranty.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear and safe access to the work area. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other obstacles. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring children stay away from the work area during project execution.

While we take precautions to protect your property, you acknowledge that construction work may cause temporary disruption, noise, and dust. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked by utility location services.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Permits and Compliance

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring that the work complies with any homeowner association rules or deed restrictions. If work cannot proceed due to permit denial or restrictions you failed to disclose, you may be responsible for costs incurred.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of UCM Upland Concrete Masters and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
