Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the uplandconcreteworks.com website or engaging UCM Upland Concrete Masters ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any services. By accessing this website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or engage our services.
Your use of this website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses this website or hires us to perform services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at uplandconcreteworks.com/terms-and-conditions.
UCM Upland Concrete Masters is a licensed concrete contractor serving Upland, CA and the surrounding Inland Empire region. Our services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, sidewalk installation, foundation work, stamped concrete, decorative concrete, retaining walls, and related concrete services.
All services are subject to a separate written agreement between you and UCM Upland Concrete Masters. Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability, pricing, or timeline.
Any estimate provided by UCM Upland Concrete Masters - whether by phone, email, or on-site visit - is an approximation based on the information available at the time. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement, which both parties must sign before work begins.
Pricing may be adjusted if conditions at the job site differ materially from those described or observed during the estimate, if the scope of work changes at your request, or if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during the project. We will notify you of any material price change before proceeding with additional work.
Once a written service agreement is signed and a start date is confirmed, we reserve that time for your project. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible - at least 48 hours in advance when possible. We understand that circumstances change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
If you cancel a project after work has begun, you remain responsible for the cost of any work completed, materials purchased, permits pulled, and any other costs incurred on your behalf up to the date of cancellation. Cancellation terms specific to your project will be outlined in your written service agreement.
Payment terms are specified in your written service agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the project. Accepted payment methods will be listed in your agreement.
Accounts that are not paid in full within the time stated in the service agreement may be subject to a late fee. If collection action is required, you agree to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by California law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UCM Upland Concrete Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or the services we provide - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a service agreement shall not exceed the total amount you paid us under that specific agreement.
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on this website.
Any warranty on workmanship or materials for specific projects will be described in your written service agreement. Concrete is a natural material and some degree of cracking, surface variation, or color inconsistency is inherent to the material and does not constitute a defect unless specifically excluded in your service agreement. Warranty coverage is limited to the terms set forth in that agreement.
If a dispute arises between you and UCM Upland Concrete Masters relating to these terms or any services we have provided, we encourage you to contact us directly first so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If informal resolution is not possible, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Upland, CA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree in writing to a different method. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in California.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this website in any way that causes damage to the site, impairs its availability, or harms UCM Upland Concrete Masters or any third party. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offense.
